For the duration of the stay, one towel and a bath mat in the bathroom, and one dish towel and cloth in the kitchen. Additional services will be charged as follows: Shower towel = 5 Swiss francs/piece Towel = 3 Swiss francs/piece Duvet cover = 8 Swiss francs/piece Pillowcase = 3 Swiss francs/piece Fitted sheet = 8 Swiss francs/piece Second parking space, a flat fee of 50 Swiss francs per stay or 10 Swiss francs/night (without guarantee or public parking) Other prices available upon request. • Key loss will be charged to the guest based on costs. • Smoking in the apartment is strictly prohibited and is only allowed in outdoor areas. In case of abuse, costs will be charged to the guest based on effort. • Any form of prostitution is prohibited in the apartment (random checks will be conducted if suspected) • No parties allowed! Violation will be pursued legally. • False information will cost 40 Swiss francs per person per night. • Negligent damage to furnishings will be charged to the guest based on damage and costs. • Theft will be reported and communicated to Airbnb! • The apartment must be left in an orderly (swept) condition. In case of additional work due to excessive waste or disproportionate dirt, additional costs of 55 Swiss francs per hour and 5 Swiss francs for every 35 liters/3 kg of waste will be charged. • Missing utensils, such as cutlery/plates, will be charged to the guest based on costs. "Prices may vary" • The host or co-hosts must have access to the apartment in case of an emergency or inspections of electrical works, etc. (Only in very urgent cases)

Find us

Arrival by public transport: From St. Gallen main station, take the S2, S4, or S81 train to the St. Gallen-Haggen stop or the S5 train to the St. Gallen-Bruggen stop. The apartment is a 2-5 minute walk from both stations. Arrival by car: Exit the A1 motorway at the St. Gallen-Winkeln / Appenzellerland / Herisau exit. Drive towards the center on Zürcherstrasse over the Fürstenlandbrücke bridge to the church / St. Galler Kantonalbank. Turn right onto Fürstenlandstrasse and after about 500 m (just after Migros) turn right onto Haggenstrasse. After about 1 km, at the Mila d'Opiz / Kommedia company, turn right twice onto Walserstrasse. A personal guest parking space awaits you in front of the house (the second from the left)!
