Per stay one towel and one bath mat in the bathroom and one dish towel and cloth in the kitchen. Additional services will be charged as follows: 1st shower towel = 5.-/piece francs. 2. towel = 3.-/piece francs 3. duvet cover = 8.-/piece francs 4. pillow case = 3.-/piece francs 5. fixed sheet = 8.-/piece Franken 6. second parking place 50.- per stay or 10.-/night (without guarantee or public parking place) 7. other prices will be communicated on request. - Loss of keys will be charged to the guest depending on the costs. - Smoking in the flat is strictly prohibited and is only permitted in outdoor areas. In case of misuse, the costs will be charged to the guest depending on the expense. - Prostitution of any kind is prohibited in the flat (random checks will be carried out in case of suspicion). - No parties allowed! Failure to comply will be prosecuted by the police. - False statements of persons 40.-/person and night francs. - Negligent damage to the furnishings will be charged to the guest according to the damage and costs. - Theft will be reported to the police and Airbnb! - The flat must be left tidy (broom clean). In case of extra work, due to excessive waste or disproportionate soiling, additional costs of 55.- Swiss Francs per hour and 5.- Swiss Francs per 35L/3Kg of waste will be charged). - Missing utensils, such as cutlery/plates etc. will be charged according to the cost to the guest. "Prices may vary" - The host or co-hosts must be granted access to the flat at all times in the event of an emergency or checks on the electricity supply and so on. (Only in very urgent cases)

At the Rorschach harbour, you can also visit the other side of the lake, such as Friedrichshafen (Germany) or Bregenz (Austria) directly by boat. 300 metres from our accommodation you will find countless shopping facilities, such as Coop, Migros, Denner, tobacco shops and of course restaurants to feed you or shisha bar, etc.
