Unassuming from the outside and completely newly renovated on the inside, our flat is a rare find and is perfect for multiple couples, staff or families like groups. Rooms: Our newly furnished flat has 2 beds in each large room, and one in each of two spacious rooms. 160 x 200 cm box spring bed in each of the two spacious rooms. The smaller children's room has a 90 by 200 cm bed and a small home office desk. Storage space such as plenty of coat hangers is available in each room and is great for shorter or longer stays. We have even provided a small ironing board and an iron for quick ironing. Bathroom/toilet: A separate toilet and a bathroom with a bath and a single shower can be found right next to the spacious entrance area. There is also an integrated washing machine and dryer at the end of the bathroom. In the mirrored wardrobe we have a small hairdryer just in case. Living/dining room: Our living room has a dining table that can be extended to 220 cm if necessary. For cosy movie nights, we have a corner sofa, which can also be converted into a sofa bed. (A 55 inch HD Smart TV with more than 200 channels and several languages and Netflix will sweeten your movie night. A few books, if you don't feel like watching TV, are also provided next to the TV. Kitchen: A large kitchen and a dining area round off the whole flat. Everything you need to prepare a meal is available. If you have any additions, we are always happy to receive tips. Oven, dishwasher, a big fridge and freezer, a Nesspresso capsule machine, toaster and a kettle for a tea in the evening - everything you need for a shorter or longer stay is available.
