Disregard will be pursued legally. False personal information incurs a charge of 40.- per person per night in Swiss Francs. Negligent damage to the furnishings will be charged to the guest based on the damage and associated costs. Theft will be reported and communicated to Airbnb. The apartment must be left in an orderly (swept clean) condition. In case of additional effort due to excessive waste or disproportionate dirt, additional costs of 55.- Swiss Francs per hour and 5.- Swiss Francs per 35L/3Kg of waste will be charged. Missing utensils, such as cutlery/plates, etc., will be charged to the guest based on costs. "Prices may vary." The host or co-hosts must be granted access to the apartment in case of emergencies or inspections of utilities, etc. (Only in very urgent cases).

Overview From your balcony, you can see the most famous bathing hut on the eastern shore of Switzerland, right by the lakeside. In the summer, the admirable Sand Sculpture Festival takes place here. Next door is the Seecafe Arion. Shopping opportunities are within walking distance, and everything else you need for an extended stay. If you follow the lakeside path a bit further, you'll reach the idyllic Tiki Beach Bar, where beer and cocktails await! You can also find mini-golf along the Rorschach lakeside. Find us

Arrival by Public Transport: From Rorschach Main Station, take the S7 or S25 train to the Rorschach-Hafen stop. From here, you can reach the apartment in a 5-minute walk along the main road by the lake. Your accommodation is located at Hotel Rosengarten. Arrival by Car: Exit the A1.1 highway at the Rorschach/Mörschwil exit. Head towards Rorschach-Centre. At the roundabout for Bäckerei-Konditorei Beerle, turn left into Industriestrasse toward the lake. At the Coop gas station, turn right into the large parking lot. In the upper row, on the left outside, next to the stones, at the end of the wall, your personal guest parking space awaits you! It is marked with a large sign. The apartment is located directly between the parking lot and the lake at Hotel Rosengarten. Arrival by Plane: Altenrhein Airport is 8-10 minutes away by car.
